  • ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “PCPL”) operates as an accelerator for startups, facilitating and expediting their growth trajectory, and provides assistance in fundraising endeavors from third-party investors such as venture capitalists (VCs), angel investors, private equity investors, and others. It is imperative to understand that PCPL operates within certain parameters and does not guarantee the procurement of investors or funding of any nature, be it specific or variable, under any circumstances.
  • This content is being submitted for the purposes of describing ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited‘s (ParsBEM) qualifications. In order to describe its capabilities, ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited has disclosed certain proprietary and other sensitive information. In consideration of receiving the disclosures, we request the company/client to treat this document as confidential material. The information shared by ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited contains trade secrets and confidential and proprietary information of ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited, the disclosure of which would provide substantial benefit to competitors. As a result, any presentation / strategic document / proposal, shared by ParsBEM, should not be disclosed, used or duplicated–in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the company valuating ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited for the purpose of awarding a contractor assignment.
  • If an engagement is awarded to ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited, the right of the company to duplicate, use or disclose the information shall be to the extent authorized in the resulting formal agreement between ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited and the Company (Client). If an engagement is not awarded to ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited, any information and/or  document shared by ParsBEM and/or any duplicate copy thereof should be returned to ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited, or destroyed.
  • Any highly confidential strategic information shared by ParsBEM, comes with an accurate market research and return on investment planning which may subject to change from time to time. ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited shall hold all the rights to perform and undergo with the legal actions under breach of confidentiality or violating this document.
  • Any kind of disbursement of amount with respect to the sanctioned investment & respective slabs of disbursement is not generated by ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited. And ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited shall not be responsible for any kind of utilization of funds by the clients.
  • ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited does not guarantee any kind of monetary gains of direct growth in businesses, brand value or sales of products or services for the client’s organization w.r.t. the provided deliverable. The implementation and organizational operations would be at sole discretion of the client as suggested by ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited.
  • ParsBEM’s service deliverable and practices shall work best and accurately with the network of investors of ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited. ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited shall not be responsible for the third-party approach (direct or indirect) towards the investor(s) with respect to the deliverable and documents provided.
  • ParsBEM Consultants Private Limited does not guarantee any kind of Investor conversion for Startups and/or Founder(s). Whereas, the Investor networking shall be initiated with a separate agreement after the successful completion of the Investment Readiness Program (Startup Acceleration Program), with mutual consent of both the parties (ParsBEM and respective Startup Founder(s)). Moreover, conversion of the Investment deal with the Investor would be sole responsibility of the Startup, with ParsBEM’s advisory and/or assistance.
  • PCPL accelerates startups and aids them in securing funding from various third-party investors, including but not limited to VCs, angel investors, private equity investors, etc. The assistance provided by PCPL is contingent upon the readiness of the startup and its capability to attract investors based on its own merits. It is explicitly stated that PCPL does not provide any assurance or guarantee regarding the onboarding of investors or the attainment of funding, irrespective of the amount, under any situation.
  • For startups opting for the “Glow” and “Blaze” Acceleration Packages, PCPL offers seed funding from its Accelerator Fund. The quantum of funds disbursed is dependent on the package chosen by the startup. Startups selecting the “Glow” Package are eligible to receive funding up to ₹25L, whereas those opting for the “Blaze” Package can receive funding up to ₹40L. However, it is crucial to note that the allocation of funds is subject to the discretion of PCPL, based on the qualification criteria established by the organization. PCPL reiterates that this funding does not guarantee investor onboarding or funding of any kind.
  • The SEED Funding provided by PCPL as part of our Accelerator Fund is distributed through our network of 3+ partner companies, all of which are SEBI Registered Category-1 AIFs. Consequently, the terms and conditions for SEED Funding offered by PCPL may be subject to periodic changes or adjustments based on evolving requirements and/or selection crieteria set by the partner companies.
  • Startups availing themselves of Investor Networking & Fundraising assistance services from PCPL are required to enter into a separate notarized agreement. The costs associated with drafting and executing this agreement shall be shared equally between PCPL and the startup. The agreement, entered into by mutual consent of both parties, shall delineate the terms and conditions governing the provision of services. Notably, the agreement shall incorporate provisions defining the “Success Fee” payable to PCPL by the startup in the event of successful investor onboarding.
  • It is imperative for startups engaging with PCPL to comprehend and acknowledge the aforementioned disclaimers and terms, as they delineate the scope of services provided by PCPL and the associated expectations.
